I ordered several items that were delivered early December. One item was missing from the order (no explanation contact regarding this) and a PayPal refund was issued.One item was a XXL sweatshirt and as a size 16 in tops, I couldn’t even get it past my chest.I sent two items back using the free return label on 15/12/2020 - I’m still waiting for a refund. Despite contact through email, Instagram and PayPal - responses have been sporadic to non existent.I have provided proof of postage and still nothing. This has totally put me off ordering from them in the future.

I don't normally leave negative reviews, but the customer service provided by Skinnydip is the worst I have experienced. I ordered a top on their website on 2nd July - the collection I was ordering from went live at 6pm and my order was confirmed at 6.05pm. The following day I received an email saying there had been a technical error on the website and my order may be delayed, but that they would keep me updated. I then didn't hear anything for two weeks. I've finally been contacted (after sending an email and a tweet asking for an update) to say that I am being refunded because the item is out of stock. I understand that mistakes happen, but two weeks with no communication is really poor. From Twitter I can see other people have been affected by the same issue and have also complained about Skinnydip's customer service. Skinnydip have offered a discount code for future orders, but I'm afraid I would be reluctant to place another after this experience.

Returned a faulty item - no refund received

If I could leave a lower rating I would. I received a jumper I ordered with stains down the sleeve where someone else had clearly tried it. I returned the item via their free post service over 16 working days ago (they claim it could take up to 14 working days) and have yet to receive any information about my refund. I have since been in touch with customer services with my proof of postage, as requested, but alas I've had no response. Saying that this could take longer due to COVID restrictions is not acceptable with such poor customer service and no updated information/timeframes. I wish I'd read these reviews before I made my purchase! I will be avoiding in the future!

Excellent customer service

Bought my sister a birthday present in January, unfortunately part of the case broke (no problem these things happen) I emailed Skinny dip and Naomi was extremely helpful. She issued me with a gift card for the amount and a free delivery code. Fantastic service !!

Brought a glass screen protector which…

Brought a glass screen protector which arrived broken. Got in contact and got a gift card and free delivery code to reorder one with next day delivery aswell. Quick responses and very helpful from Naomi, Thanks skinnydip :)

I placed an order with Skinnydip at the…

I placed an order with Skinnydip at the end of November. When I didn’t receive an email confirming dispatch I contacted them to ask if my item was dispatched. I was then contacted by them and advised to wait the 5-7 working days it usually takes for delivery and contact them if I still hadn’t received my order after that time (which is fair enough). It has now been 13 working days since my order was placed, I have contacted them 3 times since to find out the status of my order and have heard nothing back. This is my first time shopping with Skinnydip, I am very disappointed with everything and will not be shopping with them again!

Very disappointing customer service

I have been a very loyal customer of skinny dip and have always bought my phone accessories from them as although they are pricey, they are good quality. I ordered a £20 phone case and then an additional glass screen protector, about a week before Black Friday sales started. Firstly I had a delay in shipping, although I was refunded for this. The phone case has already discoloured very badly even though it has been used for less than 2 weeks. The skinny dip phone cases used to come with a plastic screen protector and I don’t mind that this doesn’t happen anymore, although the prices haven’t been changed to reflect this. As the previous free screen protectors were such good quality I decided to buy a glass screen protector which came dirty and without the tool to apply it with. It was very poor quality and even when using a debit card as a replacement for the ‘tool’ which did not come , the screen protector still had massive bubbless which made the dirt, scratches and damage that the screen protector arrived with even more visible. So the screen protector was not anti bubble resistant as advertised and completely unusable so a total waste of money. I have emailed customer services and not had a response when all I would lien is a refund. Very disappointed

Faulty screen protector’s!

I recently purchased a Disney phone case and screen protector for my iPhone 11, the screen protector arrived broken. I contacted the company and they replied within 24 hours and arranged for a gift card and honoured my free delivery, I was extremely surprised at such fast service and very grateful for the help. Alas, I ordered the second screen protector with the gift card, and this one arrived broken as well. I once again contacted customer services, who once again issued a gift card and the free delivery, which is great, but I replied asking if the screen protector could just be refunded as I no longer wanted to chance putting a screen protector on my phone that could break so easily in the post. I have received no reply to this at all. Hence, this review. I was extremely pleased with the customer service and how quick and pleasant the staff were, until I asked for a refund and now it’s radio silent!

What is going on

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. It’s a shame because they produce some nice products, but spoil it for themselves with the lack of communication. I requested next day delivery for my daughters birthday nearly 2 weeks ago and have still not received my parcel or a reply to my many emails, although I have emailed them over 10 times. Yet still, they still manage to send me emails from them trying to sell me more stuff!! Just to run a little salt in my wound!!?

Amazing customer service

I brought a phone case and unfortunate after a ninth a bubble formed. I contacted skinny dip, within less then a week I got a reply, they sent me a voucher code through for the price of the case and next day delivery. The service was amazing. I could not fault them in anyway.
